$GHOSTDEX
$GHOSTDEX is the token of Ghostdex. It does two things: it gives holders a larger daily allowance of agent runs, and it receives Ghostdex's share of launchpad fees through buybacks.
Status
$GHOSTDEX launched on Pons and trades on Robinhood Chain. Its contract address is 0x98DCC6f9b8298ae1a225b8dF1519e7565D45672D, the same one shown on the token page. Treat any other address presented as $GHOSTDEX as unrelated to Ghostdex.
A larger agent allowance
Agent plans are limited per connection and per day (see Agents). An owner wallet holding at least 100,000 $GHOSTDEX gets ten times the free allowance: 250 runs a day instead of 25. The check reads the wallet's balance on chain at the time of each request. The token is never moved, locked or spent by it.
How launchpad fees reach it
- 1Trades on launched tokens
Every buy and sell of a token launched through Ghostdex pays the fee its creator chose to its pool.
- 2The split
Doppler's hook keeps 5%. Of the rest, 30% is paid to Ghostdex's treasury in the pair asset (ETH, USDG or a stock).
- 3The buyback
The treasury uses that share to buy $GHOSTDEX in its pool.
- 4The burn
The tokens bought are sent to
0x000000000000000000000000000000000000dEaD, an address nobody controls. They can never move again.
Every buyback and burn is an ordinary transaction on the chain and can be checked on the explorer. The token page lists the amount held by the dead address.
What it is not
- It is not a share in Ghostdex and gives no claim on its treasury or income.
- It pays no dividend and no yield, and holding it earns nothing directly.
- It does not give a vote on how Ghostdex works.
- It is not needed to use Ghostdex. Ghosts, ghost mode, the exchange and agents within the free allowance work the same without it.
Buybacks depend on trading activity in launched tokens, which can be large, small or nothing. The allowance for holders is a feature of the site and can change. Nothing on this site is investment advice.
